Meet Tilly the Arctic Tern

Your Guide Through the Skies of History & Discovery!

About Me

Hi, I’m Tilly the Arctic Tern!

Hi sky explorers! I’m Tilly — an Arctic tern who travels farther than any bird on Earth! I journey from the North Pole to the South Pole every year, soaring across oceans, continents, and clouds.

With my wings stretched wide, I’ve seen some incredible things—not just nature, but how humans have learned to fly too! From watching the Wright brothers take off for the first time to gliding beside today’s giant airplanes, I’ve had a front-row seat to the story of flight.

📚 What You’ll Learn with Tilly?

In my special book, I’ll teach you about:

  • How birds inspired early human flight
  • What migration means and how far birds like me travel
  • The story of the Wright brothers and the invention of airplanes
  • How nature and science work together in the skies

“The sky isn’t just my home—it’s our classroom.
Let’s take off together and explore the world from above!
