I'm Vera the Velociraptor, zipping in to say hi! I'm SO excited to be your pen pal. Velociraptors like me are quick, smart, and curious. We're small but mighty, and we love hunting and exploring with our pack.

I live in desert-like places with sand, rocks, and tough plants. I'm a carnivore, so I eat small animals, and I hunt in a team - teamwork is everything! I have sharp claws, a long tail for balance, and feathers (yep, just like a bird!).

Velociraptor fun facts: I'm about the size of a turkey - not as big as in the movies! My sharp claw is called a "killing claw," but I also use it for climbing. I have feathers - some scientists think I looked a little like a bird! I'm one of the smartest dinosaurs, with great problem-solving skills.
